1. How can you be environmentally friendly at work?
The way to be green at work is to respect work environments, keeping them out of contamination with without trash around. We must respect and be responsible with recycling campaigns if the company has it, separating garbage by color and finally keeping our workplace very clean as if it were our home.
2. What kind of incentives could a green company offer to its employees?
The incentives that could be offered would be awards for the most ecological employee in the company, offering conferences on the importance of an environment free of pollution and finally holding events with employees where everything learned about being ecological is put into practice.
3. In what other ways could businesses involve their employees in environmental issues?
Offering them training on how to recycle correctly within the company and also in each of the places that each of the employees frequent in their daily lives, helping them to see this situation more clearly and allowing them to offer solutions to possible risks in the environment because they could be of great help.

1. What was the result of the experience?
In my only work experience, although there was a bad moment, which almost caused me to fail my goals, but finally I met all my goals and I must say that it was a great experience.
2. How did your flexibility and adaptability help you deal with the situation?
At first it was very difficult for me to find a solution on my own, so they had to help me with this situation, but finally I was able to succeed in this work experience and it also me with many teachings and lessons.
3. Would you change anything in order to deal in a better way with it?
The only thing I would change be my willingness to front facing that stage of my life because it was not always the best and I also did not want to admit that I was failing in some things that did not allow me to front facing this work experience in the best way.
